1. By entering this Accidental Gluten Ingestion Competition (“Competition”), all entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). 2. This Competition is conducted by Glutagen Sales Pty Ltd ABN 95 636 869 200 at Level 1, 159 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 (“Glutagen”). 3. Only Australian resident Pharmacists and Pharmacy & Retail Assistants that are: (a) aged 18 years or older; or (b) 16 or 17 years old who have obtained consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter this Competition, may enter this Competition (“Eligible Entrant”). 4. This Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 February 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026 at 5:00pm AEST (“Competition Period”). 5. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must complete and submit the relevant online form and correctly answer all the applicable questions in respect of the Competition within the Competition Period (“Entrant”). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible to win the Prize. 6. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses and/or aliases, or otherwise contravenes these T&Cs may be disqualified. 7. Glutagen reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. 8. Employees of Glutagen and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the Competition, as are their immediate families. 9. One (1) prize of $1,000.00 will be awarded to one (1) winner determined by random selection from all Entrants (“Prize”). The Prize draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 6 July 2026 at Level 1, 159 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205 (“Draw Date”). 10. The winner shall be notified by Glutagen using the Entrant’s contact details on this form on or before 9 July 2026 at 5:00pm AEST. Glutagen will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their Prize within one (1) month of the Draw Date, the prize may be forfeited. 11. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other consideration or prize. 12. Glutagen takes no responsibility for late, lost or incomplete entries, incorrect person details or incomplete deliveries. 13. Glutagen reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. 14. By entering this Competition, the Entrant consents to Glutagen using their personal information for the purpose of conducting this Competition and providing future news, information, and newsletters about GluteGuard. 15. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
